TRAINER AGREEMENT

This Trainer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between independent personal trainers (“Trainer,” “you,” or “your”) and uneedatrainer.com (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Platform or providing services to Clients, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all related policies.

1. Purpose of the Platform

uneedatrainer.com is an online marketplace connecting Trainers with Clients seeking personal fitness and wellness services. Trainers act as independent contractors.

2. Trainer Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, hold valid certifications and insurance, and comply with applicable laws.

3. Independent Contractor Status

Trainers determine pricing, scheduling, and services. Nothing in this Agreement creates employment, partnership, or agency.

4. Fees and Payments

uneedatrainer.com will deduct a 7% booking fee from each confirmed Client session booked through the Platform. The remaining 93% will be paid to the Trainer according to the payout schedule.

5. Client Interactions

Trainers are responsible for communication, scheduling, and sessions with Clients. Professionalism and confidentiality must be maintained.

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Trainers assume all risks related to training Clients. Trainers release and hold harmless uneedatrainer.com from all related claims.

7. Insurance and Certification

Trainers must maintain liability insurance and provide proof upon request.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless uneedatrainer.com from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes with Clients are resolved directly. Disputes with uneedatrainer.com are governed by the laws of [Insert State].

10. Termination

uneedatrainer.com may suspend or terminate your account for misconduct or policy violations.

11. Entire Agreement

This document, with Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the full agreement.
